Start your day with a quick but balanced morning routine which includes quiet time for yourself so that you can start your day in a more relaxed frame of mind, can clearly see what you need to do today instead of having it be a jumbled mess in your brain, and feel energized about your life.

Feel better connected with yourself and your loved ones so that you can enjoy your life despite still taking care of things that are important. Your life is less chaotic and frantic when your morning starts off right. You live more in the present moment and spend less time being distracted about the future.

Here's how this program will work:

Weekly live Zoom calls to discuss why your morning routine is so important, how to set one up, and how to troubleshoot problems as they occur. These calls will be recorded and sent out to anyone who cannot attend live.

Once a month you will have a 30-minute one-on-one with Sara to individually discuss what you want to do in your morning routine, how to make it work with your schedule, and discuss anything else you want to go over. Throughout the rest of the month, Sara will check-in with you via text message to add more individualized support when you need it.

Some weeks you'll be given quick "homework" activities designed to set you up for success. This may include writing down your thoughts about something, or filling out a worksheet given to you to help design your morning routine.

After the 3 months of Zoom calls end, you'll get an additional month of text check-ins with Sara to keep you on track and to continue to troubleshoot any obstacles if they arise. This will allow you to have continual support and accountability to ensure you are starting the day off the way you want!
