Hi, I'm Sara

I help busy women, like you, who are overwhelmed and burnt out, reconnect with themselves through the calming power of yoga, nature, and mindful living.

 

For years, I juggled multiple jobs, dealt with mounting stress, and lived in a constant state of fight-or-flight—until I hit a breaking point. I know firsthand how draining it feels to be constantly on the go, always running after the next thing, and never feeling at peace.

Through my own journey, I discovered that true stress relief isn’t about adding more to your already packed life—it’s about slowing down, being intentional, and reconnecting with what really matters. That's when I turned to yoga, nature, and mindfulness, and they became the foundation of my healing process.

After working with countless women who feel stuck in this same cycle of exhaustion and stress, I've developed simple, sustainable practices that allow you to slow down without sacrificing what matters. A: You can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes per week engaging with the materials and completing challenges. The lessons are short and easy to integrate into your day, so it won’t be overwhelming.
