I created Refresh because I’ve been exactly where you are—feeling stuck in the endless cycle of burnout, juggling priorities, and losing touch with the simple joys of life. When I realized I needed a change, I explored ways to realign with what truly mattered to me. Using mindful practices like meditation, outdoor time, gratitude, and yoga, I found ways to regain my energy, be present, and reconnect with what felt fulfilling.

Now, I'm here to guide other women in navigating out of chronic stress and overwhelm and into a more grounded, intentional life. Through Refresh, I’ll help you integrate these same practices into your day-to-day, empowering you to regain your energy, refocus on what matters, and start loving your life again. This isn’t about perfection; it’s about creating a space for calm, connection, and a sustainable way to embrace every day.

Refresh is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, prioritize what matters, and build sustainable habits for more balance, energy, and fulfillment. Expect to feel less overwhelmed and more present in your day-to-day life.

2. How much time will this take weekly?
Each week involves a mix of guided sessions, check-ins, and exercises totaling about 1-2 hours. These are flexible and can be broken into shorter segments.

3. Is this program suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Refresh is designed for all experience levels and offers straightforward guidance in self-care and mindfulness techniques, whether you’re new to these practices or revisiting them.

4. How is this program delivered?
Refresh is 100% online, with Mon-Fri messaging, guided activities, and downloadable resources. You’ll receive new material weekly, allowing you to progress at your own pace but while being supported.

5. Will I have access to support?
Yes! You’ll have access to Mon-Fri messaging with me so that when questions come up, life happens, or you need some encouragement....I'm right there with you!

6. What if I don’t see results?
I feel insanely confident that these methods WILL help you to feel less stressed, have more energy, and enjoy your everyday life more. That being said, if you've completed the program and we both feel all efforts have been made and you still feel it didn’t work for you, I offer a 50% refund. This is because you will still have the knowledge and tools offered that you may use in the future. (Extenuating circumstances may be discussed for 100% refund.)
